Lucy is a beautiful 1½-year-old Aussie/Lab mix weighing approximately 43 pounds, with a gorgeous black coat, a white chest, and the sweetest personality. Her happy little prance and bright smile have a way of making an ordinary day feel a little more joyful!

Lucy is newer to our rescue, so we’re still getting to know her and discovering what makes her happiest. So far, she’s shown us how much she enjoys running and playing in the yard, stretching her legs, and letting her playful side shine.

She can be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her time to feel comfortable and you’ll discover a girl who loves affection. Watching that initial hesitation soften as she comes closer for some love is such a sweet part of getting to know her.

Lucy is looking for a family who will give her time to settle in and enjoy discovering her personality as she grows comfortable in their home. There are so many everyday moments to look forward to: yard play, affection, and that cheerful little prance coming your way.
