If you want to surrender a dog you must first fill out the surrender form above.

Please note that we cannot accommodate walk-in surrenders. If you fail to make an appointment and show up at the rescue, we must schedule an appointment for a later date.

To help offset the substantial cost of caring for and placing a dog, there is a surrender fee of $200 per dog.

If the dog has not been seen by a vet in the last year with documentation, we do require that you get a wellness/vet check before surrendering the dog. All dogs must be spayed/neutered.

For the safety of our staff and dogs we do not take surrenders with aggressive behaviors.

Community Service: If you are able to keep the dog we will list them on our community board on our Meet the Pups page & do a social media post. You will coordinate directly with any potential adopters. The surrender fee is waived.
