Meet Maggie! Maggie is a 1.5-year-old Labrador / Terrier mix weighing 38 lbs, and she’s every bit as sweet as she looks. With her soft, spotty ears and gentle eyes, Maggie just wants what we all do — to love and be loved. She may be a little tentative at first, but once she feels comfortable, her affectionate side shines through. Maggie greets her favorite people at the shelter with happy enthusiasm, loves going on walks, and enjoys romping around the yard with her toys. She has a mild temperament and she secretly thinks she’s a lapdog (and she’s not wrong!). Maggie would do best in a calm home without children, or with older kids who understand and respect her need for personal space.
