Huckleberry is a 19-week-old Hound mix weighing approximately 28 pounds and one of our newest arrivals at Hudson Paws! His name was chosen by his wonderful sponsor, Jessica Scott from Upstate Curious, and we’re so grateful for her support.

This quiet, calm boy likes to take in his surroundings and observe the world around him. He has a gentle, understated sweetness and an affectionate nature that makes getting to know him so special.

Huckleberry may be a calm, observant boy, but he also loves to run and play! He enjoys romping around with his dog friends, though he can get a little spooked when play becomes too rough. Gentler playmates and time to find his confidence help him enjoy the fun at his own pace.
